By accessing ClinicOS you agree to these terms between your clinic ("Customer") and ClinicOS ("Provider").
Service
ClinicOS provides software for WhatsApp-based patient communication, translation, triage assistance, and clinic operations. The service is not a medical device and does not replace professional clinical judgment.
Customer responsibilities
- Obtain valid patient consent for WhatsApp and data processing.
- Comply with KVKK, GDPR, and healthcare advertising rules in your jurisdiction.
- Maintain accurate staff accounts and protect login credentials.
- Configure Twilio/WhatsApp Business in compliance with Meta policies.
Fees & trial
Pilot tiers may be free or discounted. Paid plans are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed. Failure to pay may result in suspension after notice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Provider is not liable for indirect damages, AI mistranslations, or third-party outages (Twilio, Meta, OpenAI). Liability is capped at fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days notice. Upon termination, Customer may export data within 30 days; thereafter data may be deleted per our retention policy.
